DR. ELISE BROWN
As an OB-GYN, Dr. Elise Brown’s entire career has focused on helping women achieve and maintain gynecological health and wellness. As a woman, she understands how important this is to women of all ages, including after menopause. She is friendly and approachable, and believes in providing the best possible care, personally tailored to each patient.
Dr. Elise is certified by the American Board of OB-GYN and is a member of the American College of OB-GYN, American Medical Association, and the San Diego County Medical Society. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of California (UCLA) and her Medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. She completed a residency at the MetroHealth Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, then practiced in Cleveland and Seattle prior to moving to the San Diego area.
DR. SCOTT BROWN
As a urologist, Dr. Brown treats both men and women, but in our MonaLisa Touch® practice he is all about making a difference in the lives of menopausal and post-menopausal women. He believes in using the latest medical techniques and best practices to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care to correct vaginal symptoms. Patients describe him as professional, caring, and comfortable to talk to.
Dr. Scott is certified by the American Board of Urology and the Medical Board of California. He is an affiliate of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists and both the Illinois and Washington State Medical Societies. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami and his Medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed residencies in General Surgery and Urology at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland as well as a fellowship in Urology at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle before moving to the San Diego area to practice.
RAE COLEY
With a strong foundation in critical care, Rae brings a unique blend of medical expertise and aesthetic passion to our med spa. After years of working in high-acuity ICU settings—particularly in surgical and trauma care—she made the exciting transition into the field of medical aesthetics in 2023.
Driven by a long-standing love for skincare and wellness, Rae received her advanced aesthetic certifications from The National Laser Institute in Arizona. She has also gained valuable hands-on experience by shadowing seasoned aesthetic nurses, further refining her skills and approach.
Her expertise spans a wide range of non-surgical treatments, including laser hair removal, laser facials, IV therapy, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling. She combines her clinical precision with an artistic eye to deliver safe, personalized results that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.
